Inspired of part of a phrase "a bit of a stretch" together with the word life. I love to build the idea of overexggerating some common aspects people expect in the burden of living independently in society. It is pushing us to be more responsible. This is all fitted in one a visual presentation in the best of my ability.

I would explain some of the aspects of my piece.

The pot represents the success of people in the past that yet their stories weren't forgotten. They inspired our societies standards, having jobs or make a business. Yet we are left with the burden on expectations and doubts of ourselves to not be able to gain the same amount of success they've achieved.

The hand keys represents different things, all commonly tied to our motives for our decisions. If we had a direction, a goal. We know what we want and what we want to go. Characterized as the pointing hand sign. If we had to depend on luck, taking risks. This is characterize with the hand holding a card, cards games in general are based on chance. If you want to protect and help someone close to you, bonds can influence our choices. Characterize as the hand sticking out a pinky finger, it's a gesture of making promises of the person you trust.
If you depend on your morals, it could change over time. Its characterize as the hand sign you would see for crossing the road. Either a person crossover the road regardless of the sign or wait patiencely. Depending on your personal preference, it could be one way or another.

The scythe is actually an old tool used to cut grass to yet we now see it in a different meaning. For why I made it part of the piece, it together with the cleaning utensils the brom and toilet pulgers meant to represent the hardship of keeping a home clean.

The rest is for your own interpretation or find more meaning into them.
